L. R. Generson

A new piece that I created for Boston Globe's Op-Ed page.  The story is about a woman's connection, through her old Charle's Dickens volumes, to their previous owner, L. R. Generson.  Her research leads her to discover that the man led an extraordinary and accomplished life.  As in Dickens' novels, everything is connected to everything else.

This is my first time with an op-ed illustration including same-day turnaround. It was an intense and fun experience with no time for second-guessing.  Thanks to AD Jane Martin for the opportunity.
